Dog Lovers!

"Joey is very photogenic, and very old. He is 12 years old and he is still as loveable and active as ever. We've had him since he was a kitten, and we love him very much." So says Melissa Riley who is 18 and lives in Modesto!

This is Melissa's other cat, Spider. She continues: "He is about 8 years old and he weighs 17 pounds! One time he ran away for 15 days, and came back weighing only 4 pounds! He got stuck in between a fence. My friend's cat gave birth to him, and I've known him since the day he was born. He's a wonderful cat, but you don't want him to lay on you!" Here is a picture of another cat of Melissa's. Her name is Juliet. Melissa relates: "Juliet is 4, I think, and she is the loudest most noisey cat I have ever had. She meows for food, to go outside, to be pet, to be held...kinda like a spoiled rotten kid. She enjoys scratching our furniture, which she is doing now!! Bugging me when I am in the bathroom, and when I am trying to sleep. She goes purr crazy when you whistle patriotic tunes like 'The Star Spangled Banner' or 'America the Beautiful.'
