To Store Register Values:

To Modiy The Divison Of Memory:
1)  <38>   	Reserves 'x' seconds for delay
(1023 is minimum value.)
2)  <39>  <0> 	Reserves the rest for sampling
3)  	Initialize
4) Turn 'SAMPLE' LED on
5) Press time 'up' button until the time stops increasing

* NOTE *: If a memory board becomes loose or disconnected, the correct
amount of total memory time must be re-entered into  <7> before any
memory allocation can be performed.
