There are both 1/4-inch and 1/8-inch jacks for interconnecting the Pocket POD to your guitar and to a portable MP3, or CD player, or notebook computer for playing along and/or recording. So that makes the Pocket POD a very small front-end recording device, multi-effects box, with a built-in chromatic tuner too.
The first POD to run on batteries, Pocket POD runs on AAA batteries and uses Line 6's advanced A.I.R.™ II technology and connects (via USB) to your computer so you can download and share presets with musicians all over the world using the www.CustomTone.com library of over 3,000 presets. The USB/computer interface facilitates microscopic preset patch editing using the free downloadable software available from Line 6.
