Water Rocker speakers are waterproof wireless speakers that receive their audio signal from an accompanying transmitter unit back on dry land. The system has two parts: the transmitter in which your iPhone or iPod is cradled and connected and the floating Water Rocker speakers themselves.
Water Rocker speakers are buoyant, ball-shaped speakers that are waterproof to rating of iPX7--one of the highest ingress protection ratings that specifies that they can be submerged in water up to 1 meter deep without harm.
The Water Rocker speakers operate anywhere up to a 150 feet from the transmitter and up to nine sets of them can receive the same signal from the waterproof transmitter unit.
In addition to providing waterproofed amplified sound for iPhones and other small music devices, there is a standard 1/8-inch jack connection for any compatible audio source to be plugged into the transmitter including televisions, CD players or home stereo systems. Furthermore, the Water Rocker has a built-in FM radio when either the iPod's song list or its battery gets tired.
