Fender adds to their Grand Series line with its very first Dreadnoughts, the Fender Grand Dreadnoughts GD-47S, GD-47SCE and GD-47S12. (pictured) The GD-47S is a non-cutaway acoustic dreadnought guitar with a solid spruce top and rosewood back finished in natural with tortoise shell binding and abalone rosette position markers. There are Fender's special design low-mass bridge and Grover tuning machines. MSRP is $865. The acoustic/electric cutaway GD-47SCE Dreadnought guitar is built with the same woods but comes with an exclusive Fender/Fishman Pickup System with meter and blend control. MSRP is $965.
