The triple headed bongos are similar in design to LP's
Generation III Bongos but with the addition of a third, smaller drum. You can play the drums in either a straight line or a triangular arrangement. The largest drum measures nine inches in diameter and projects a stronger bottom end than the usual 8 5/8 inch drums. The middle drum measures 5 5/8 inches while the smallest drum measures only 5 inches diameter.
All the heads are made from real rawhide with a treated surface for a soft touch and consistent coloring. The shells of the Generation III Triples are made from kiln-dried Siam oak with steel reinforce backing plates. These are Cuban style bongos with traditional rims and a chrome finish. The drums have 5/15 inch tuning lugs and will mount on LP's LP330 Strap Lock Bongo Stand.
