The new Sabine NexFx guitar pedals offer a good selection of both analog and digital effects in simple, easy-to-use stomp pedals.
There are five parameter settings on each pedal...that's more than a guitar player usually gets with most other pedals. Expressly aimed at the stage and studio, NexFX pedals have bright, backlit knobs and displays for easy viewing and adjustment...even in dimly lit rooms. A heavy-duty footswitch activates a true, hard-wire bypass for no coloration of your sound when the effect is switched off.
All the pedals are powered by nine-volt batteries that can be changed quickly with no hassles. There are both nine-volt power input and output jacks for "daisy-chaining" pedals and powering from a single Sabine power supply. The Sabine NexFX pedal lineup includes: the NEX-500 Chromatic AutoTuner with a large and bright display; the NEX-5100 Fuzz/Distortion with two tone controls; NEX-5200 is an overdrive/distortion pedal with Sustain and Threshold controls; NEX-5300 is a Stereo Chorus pedal with two outputs for stereo sound; NEX-5400 is their Compressor pedal with very professional ratio, threshold, and attack controls; and the NEX-5500 is a Phase Shifter/Flanger with both Speed and Regeneration controls. All of these pedals feature Wet/Dry controls for exact adjustment of the effect and come with cool cloth carrying pouches.
