The newest addition to the QSC PowerLight Series is the PowerLight 2.4 Mono Block. The 2.4 will deliver 2,400 watts into two ohms yet requires only a standard 15 amp, 120 volt AC line service. This would allow you to drive 600 watts per speaker at four ohms when powering four, eight-ohm speakers.

The PowerLight 2.4 uses QSC's PowerWave Switching Technology, enabling high power and superior bass response in a compact two-space cabinet that weighs just 18 pounds. Other standard features include a defeatable clip limiter, detented and calibrated gain control, Neutrik "combo" connectors with both XLR and 1/4 inch inputs and an LED meter that indicates signal level and amplifier status. The HD15 "data port" connector interfaces the amp to QSC's CM16 MultiSignal Processor which provides remote signal processing and amplifier monitoring by computer over an Ethernet network.
