Better sound quality? Distortion has become a kind of personal statement---but with T2 I've found so many new ways to shape sound way beyond just distorting an amplifier signal chain, I'm impressed.

Launching Trash 2 to develop whole galaxies of very distinctive sound treatments that nobody has ever heard before is possible with along list of signal processing modules and over 20 different sweepable filters with envelope modulation.

Now with over 60 distortion shapes, I found T2 to be more adjustable anywhere from subtle coloration to 'over the top' and hairy sounds ready for a 'restraining order'. But "cage" them in ubique spaces courtesy of the new Convolve module with its 100+ different impulse responses. I liked the two redesigned filters for developing alternate tonalities: innocent, dulcet tones all the way to malevolent sonic personalities. At once pretty-sounding audio that speaks with vowel-like sweetness is transformed instantly to hateful, sonic scourges.
