I used two Evolution PolyFusors in my Tones 4 $ Studios mix room. They are mounted so that they straddle the ceiling/sidewall 90-degree junction at the top of the left and right walls on either side of the listening position. The Polyfusors spatially diffuse sound evenly throughout the room and at the same time help to reduce low frequency build up. These worked great as diffusors and in conjunction with the pressure zone bass traps in the two front corners and the two GIK Acoustics' Monster Bass Traps flying overhead in a "cloud" right above the listening position.

The Evolution Polyfusor is useful in any acoustic space: the front wall, rear sidewalls or the back wall of a control room or anywhere in a live/recording room. Small rooms require mostly absorption and some diffusion so the GIK Polyfusors do both jobs and use less wall/ceiling space to do it!

I highly recommend these and the expertise of all the GIK staff in guiding me through the DIY installation process. My studio has never sounded better and I no longer require the use of electronic room correction software or monitoring EQ.
