Limited to producing only 100, the D-222 is a 12-fret Dreadnought crafted from a Sitka spruce top with Vintage Tone System, mahogany back and sides, grained Ivoroid binding, slotted headstock, and an ebony fingerboard and bridge. It sells for $4,999 MSRP.
To commemorate John Lennon's 75th birthday, this model (pictured) is limited to only 75 instruments. It has a solid Adirondack spruce top with Vintage Tone System combined with Madagascar rosewood back and sides. Custom details include: the back is inlaid with HD-28 style zig-zag peace sign marquetry, the rosewood head plate has John Lennon's famous self-portrait illustration just below the Martin logo. It sells for $11,999 MSRP.
