Loar Hand-Carved Archtop Guitar

The Loar Hand-Carved Archtop (LH-600 pictured) is a replica of archtop acoustic guitars from the 1920's. This all-solid model features a top that is hand-carved from graduated spruce, and hand-carved back and sides made from highly flamed maple. It's finished in a hand-buffed, vintage tobacco sunburst that uses nitrocellulose lacquer. This fine-looking Jazz box has a one-piece mahogany body, Gotoh tuners and a compensated adjustable ebony bridge.

With its exceptionally loud tone, carved body and vintage design, this new archtop was the talk of the 2008 Winter NAMM show.

The Hand-Carved Archtop sells for $1,195 and includes a featherweight case. For more information, visit www.theloar.com.
