The Corrs: Andrea, Sharon, Caroline and Jim are from Ireland and I met them working on their album "Talk On Corners". They write and sing pop songs and play traditional Irish instruments as well: the bodhran (a kind of hand drum), penny tin whistle and fiddle.Producer Oliver Leiber co-wrote and produced five new songs with them and I engineered the recordings. Leiber would, along with John Shanks on some songs, come up with music tracks that Andrea and Sharon would contribute lyrics. The album was mixed by Bob Clearmountain at his MixThis! Studios. The Corrs are amongst the artists on Lava/Atlantic/143 Records. This, their second album, sold more than a million copies worldwide. I really enjoyed the project; they are all very talented and hard working people.
